Exodus 11-12
Big Idea: Remembering God’s Deliverance Gives Me Confidence
Always Remember (Exodus 11-12):
1) My Situation (11:1-10)
“For He says to Moses, ‘I will have mercy on whom I have mercy, and I will have compassion on whom I have compassion.’ So then it depends not on human will or exertion, but on God, who has mercy.”
-Romans 9:15-16
2) My Fresh Start (12:1-2)
“Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation. the old has passed away; behold the new has come.”
-2 Corinthians 5:17
“But I have this against you, that you have abandoned the love you had at first. Remember therefore from where you have fallen; repent and do the works you did at first.”
-Revelation 2:4-5
3) My Sacrificial Substitute (12:3-28)
“For Christ, our Passover lamb, has been sacrificed. Let us therefore celebrate the festival, not with old leaven, the leaven of malice and evil, but with the unleavened bread of sincerity and truth.”
-1 Corinthians 5:7-8
My Response To Christ’s Sacrifice:

2) Readiness (v. 11)
3) Remember (v. 14)
4) Celebrate (v. 14-20)
5) Share (v. 26-28)
6) Worship (v. 27-28)
4) My Deliverance (12:29-51)
I Can Be Confident That:
1) God will deliver me (v. 29-32)
2) God will provide for me (v. 33-37)
3) God’s salvation is available to me (v. 38-51)
