ANDREW WATKINS

Associate Pastor

A native Marylander, Andrew was raised in a Christian home and gave his life to Christ around the age of 7. After chasing his childhood dream and beginning a career in public safety, he sensed that the Lord was calling him towards pastoral ministry and surrendered to that call. Andrew holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Ministry Leadership with a concentration in Preaching from Moody Bible Institute and a Master of Divinity degree from Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary, where he is currently pursuing a Doctor of Ministry degree. Before coming home to Maryland and joining our staff in September of 2021, Andrew served on staff at a church in North Carolina and then as the Lead Pastor of a church in New York. Andrew has been married to his wonderful wife, Veronika, since 2013 and together they have three sons, Silas, Nathan, and Jude. He enjoys spending time with his family, reading books about theology and ministry, and cheering on his beloved Baltimore Orioles.
